The Event
The NY Times online upfront introduced the press to the video possibilities of the NY Times.

The Solutions
Self contained triangular projections were custom made with internal batteries, fans, and pico projectors to create a sea of coordinated videos. A custom LED wall, catering and well practiced speakers launched the event toward success.

The Takeaway
The multiple video opportunities created an ambiance of tech driven visuals that created the right atmosphere for the launch.
